How long does it take to receive my order?

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 4–10 business days for production, plus shipping time. if you need an order by a specific date, please send us a message. We're happy to rush an order for you. 

What do I need to provide for personalization?

It depends on the item! Most products ask for a name, date, or short message and you can enter this at checkout. For handwriting or photo-based pieces (like our Recipe Platter or Post-It Dish), you can upload your image or writing sample at checkout or email your file to hallesophiagifts@gmail.com with your order number.

What if there's a mistake on my order?

If we made an error in the personalization, we'll remake your item at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 28 countries worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

We begin production quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
